Refund Policy

Dear Congress Registrant,

Thank you for registering for the upcoming scientific Congress organized by the Ethiopian Society of Cardiac Professionals in collaboration with PASCAR, scheduled for August 31 – September 2, 2026. We appreciate your interest and participation in this important professional gathering.

Please review the refund policy below:

• Registrants who cancel their participation before July 30, 2026 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus 20.00 USD for administrative cost.
• Cancellations made after July 30, 2026 or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you are unable to attend, you cannot transfer your registration to another participant.
• In the unlikely event that the congress is canceled, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. If the congress is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates. Refunds in this case will be handled according to the updated policy communicated to registrants.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after confirmation of the cancellation request.

How to Request a Refund

• All cancellation or substitution requests must be submitted by email to the congress secretariat via [email protected]. Please include your full name, registration ID, and proof of payment.
